Cannabinoids kill cancer and our 'Government' has known for 36 years

PA is trying to get their act together it seems. With Florida recently getting the bills in motion, and Oakland, CA actually taxing it... slowly but surely winning the fight for Marijuana legalization countrywide.

Pa.: Medical marijuana bill introduced in the Senate.

"Late last week, four democratic senators – Daylin Leach (D-Montco), Larry Farnese (D-Philadelphia), Jim Ferlo (D-Allegheney/Westmoreland/Armstrong), and Wayne Fontana (D-Allegheney) – introduced SB 1003, a bill that would allow seriously ill and debilitated Pennsylvanians to use and possess medical marijuana free from the threat of arrest and prosecution so long as they have their physicians’ recommendations. In addition, this bill would create state regulated dispensaries so that Pennsylvania patients would have immediate, safe, and reliable access to their medicine"

Why debate how to get the US out of debt, when they can simply tax the biggest cash crop in the country? Duh.

Also, GREAT news on the front for medical research:

Cannabinoids Kill Cancer And Our 'Government' Has Known for 36 Years

"A new study published in Nature Reviews: Cancer provides an historic and detailed explanation about how THC and natural cannabinoids counteract cancer, but preserve normal cells.

The study by Manuel Guzmán of Madrid Spain found that cannabinoids, the active components of marijuana, inhibit tumor growth in laboratory animals. They do so by modulating key cell-signalling pathways, thereby inducing direct growth arrest and death of tumor cells, as well as by inhibiting the growth of blood vessels that supply the tumor."
